Built to give small businesses the accounting support they deserve.
Kobus van Niekerk has been in the accounting profession since 1991 and became a SAIPA Professional Accountant (S.A.) in 1997. He founded FinSup Accountants and Consultants CC in 2018 after seeing too many small businesses — the backbone of South Africa's economy — struggling with complicated compliance requirements, high fees, and impersonal service from larger firms.
The vision was straightforward: a professional accounting practice that combines the knowledge and credentials of a properly registered firm with the warmth, accessibility, and value of a local expert who actually knows your name.
Today, FinSup serves individuals, sole proprietors, close corporations, and private companies — handling everything from personal income tax returns and SARS eFiling to monthly bookkeeping, payroll and PAYE submissions, annual financial statements, and CIPC compliance.
We're based in Ferndale, Randburg, but we work with clients across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, and the wider South African market. Distance is never a barrier.
